摘要
本文针对目前我国“三农”落后的现状,结合电大远程开放教育的特点及优势,探索了新世纪电大远程开放教育如何为”三农”服务的途径和方式。
In accordance with the backward agriculture situation in China, and combining the characteristics and priorities of open & distance education in TV universities, the article discusses the means of serving the agricutural modernization in the approuching century by TV education.
