摘要
本文立足于目前我国就业现状这个大背景 ,分析了加入WTO后将在就业总量的影响、不同产业的就业情况、高素质人才需求、促使人才优化配置和境外就业方面对我国就业产生新的影响 。
The thesis, on basis of the current situations in employment of China, analyses the new impacts brought about by China s impending WTO entry on the country s employment such as overall situation, employment structures of different industries, demands for talented personnel, optimization of the human resources deployment and overseas employment Furthermore, it puts forward several measures to this issue respectively
