摘要
目的探讨Caspase-3在多发性骨髓瘤发病过程中的作用及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测28例多发性骨髓瘤骨髓组织和10例正常骨髓组织中Caspase-3的表达。结果Caspase-3在多发性骨髓瘤中阳性表达率为36.0%,显著低于正常骨髓组织的70%,P<0.05。Caspase-3阳性表达的多发性骨髓瘤患者的β2微球蛋白及乳酸脱氢酶的水平与Caspase-3阴性表达者有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论Caspase-3表达降低与多发性骨髓瘤发病机制可能有密切关系,且与多发性骨髓瘤患者的预后相关。
