摘要
结合水土保持业务管理工作和水土保持数据的特点,提出了全国分布式水土保持数据库及信息互联互通的初步设计方案。在物理上,全国水土保持数据库采用分布式结构,全国水土保持监测网络中各级监测机构分别建立当地数据库,管理、维护、更新其所在级节点的数据内容;在逻辑上,各节点数据库通过网络、数据共享与交换中间件,实现上下级节点数据库之间的互联互通,达到水土保持数据的大范围,多层次共享,推动全国水土保持信息化建设。
