摘要
利用纯弯曲疲劳试验机测试钛青铜及CuCo2BeZr合金的疲劳寿命,通过数据处理得到钛青铜和CuCo2BeZr合金的S-N曲线公式;同时进行疲劳寿命对比分析。结果表明:钛青铜与CuCo2BeZr合金的疲劳寿命没有显著差异,钛青铜可以作为CuCo2BeZr合金替代材料应用于工程实践。
The fatigue life of titanium bronze and CuCo2BeZr alloy was measured using fatigue bending testing machine, and the S-N curve equation of titanium bronze and CuCo2BeZr alloy was obtained. The fatigue life of titanium bronze and CuCo2BeZr alloy was compared and analyzed. The results show that the fatigue life of titanium bronze and CuCo2BeZr alloy hasn t significant difference, Titanium bronze can replace CuCo2BeZr alloy in the engineering practice.
