摘要
用浸泡法、动电位线性极化、恒电流极化等方法测定了一系列不同Sn含量的Al-25Mg-0.03In-Sn牺牲阳极材料在w(NaCl)=3.5%的溶液中的电化学性能。结果表明,In、Sn两种元素具有较好的匹配性,并对高镁铝合金牺牲阳极具有良好的活化效果;Al-25Mg-0.03In-0.06Sn牺牲阳极材料的电化学性能指标均达到或超过国家标准。
The electrochemical characteristics of a series of Al-25Mg-0.03In-Sn sacrificial anodes in 3.5%NaCl solution were measured using galvano-dynamic, potentio-dynamic and soak methods. The results show that In and Sn have a good match and an activated effect on high-Mg-Al alloy sacrificial anode. The properties investigation manifests that the electrochemical performance of Al-25Mg-0.03In-0.06Sn material meets or exceeds the national standard.
