摘要
采用光弹法和动态法在线检测真空玻璃的真空度.试验测试表明,通过光弹仪可以观测到真空玻璃支撑物与玻璃支撑点处因应力集中而产生的应力光斑,而且随着真空度的提高,应力光斑直径也增大.同时,采用动态法测得的真空玻璃的固有频率也随着其真空度的增大而增大.对该两种方法的原理、检测过程及工程应用进行了分析,该两种方法特点是操作简单,结果直观可靠,易于实现真空玻璃实际工程在线检测.
In this paper,the photoelasticity method and dynamic method were put forward to detect the vacuum degree of the vacuum glass online.The experiments show that there is stress concentration at the contact point position which is caused by the interaction between the sustainer and the glass,and the optical spot which is caused by the stress concentration can be seen by the photoelasticity device,and the diameter of the optical spot increases with the increase of the vacuum degree.The experiments also show that...
