摘要
医疗质量是医院管理的核心和灵魂,而医疗安全是医疗质量的前提和最基本要求,是医院的生命线,没有医疗安全就没有医疗质量。对医疗安全的认识必须要高于对一般医疗质量的认识,要从新的高度、新的角度认识医疗安全问题。本文介绍了中国医科大学附属盛京医院多年来在医疗安全方面的特色管理、取得的成效和体会。多年实践证明,加强医疗质量和医疗安全管理是减少医疗缺陷和医疗纠纷最有效的办法。
