摘要
[目的]观察丹参注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性。[方法]将冠心病心绞痛患者100例随机分为两组,患者均予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加丹参注射液静脉滴注,两组患者均治疗2周,观察综合疗效,并比较两组药物的安全性。[结果]两组患者症状、体征、心电图均有不同程度的好转,但治疗组与对照组有显著差异。[结论]丹参注射液结合西医常规治疗冠心病心绞痛有更显著的疗效,且无毒副作用。
