甘油三酯、总胆固醇对2型糖尿病早期肾病尿微量白蛋白的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血甘油三酯及总胆固醇与2型糖尿病合并早期肾病患者的尿微量白蛋白的关系。方法选取86名早期糖尿病肾病患者分为2组:⑴、血脂异常组:共75人,其中甘油三酯>1.70mmol/L的患者59人,总胆固醇>4.8mmol/L的患者59人。⑵血脂正常组:共11人。再将血脂异常组分为3个亚组:A、血甘油三酯异常组(TG组):甘油三酯>1.80mmol/L,总胆固醇<6.0mmol/L,共28名,部分患者合并高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇>3.10mmol/L);B、血胆固醇异常组(TC组):甘油三酯<1.80mmol/L,总胆固醇>6.0mmol/L或低密度脂蛋白胆固醇>3.10mmol/L,共17名;C、血甘油三酯和总胆固醇均异常组(TG+TC组):甘油三酯>1.80mmol/L,总胆固醇>6.0mmol/L,共30名,部分患者合并高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇>3.10mmol/L)。进行统计学分析。结果①早期糖尿病肾病患者甘油三酯异常的比率明显高于文献报道的2型糖尿病患者甘油三酯异常率。②合并高甘油三酯血症及高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症的早期糖尿病肾病患者,尿微量白蛋白明显高于未患上述...
