摘要
以普通La2O3、硝酸、氨水、聚乙二醇(6000)为原料,利用氨水沉淀法制得了片状氧化镧粉体,利用TG-DSC表征了前躯体氢氧化镧粉末在热分解过程中的变化情况.用激光粒度仪表征了氧化镧粉体的体积分数与粒径的正态分布,用SEM表征了氧化镧粉体的形貌,用BET法得到了氧化镧的比表面积和当量直径.实验结果表明,在适当的工艺条件下,可以制得片状的氧化镧粉体,比表面积为15~30 m2/g,当量直径为30.41~55 nm.
The flake La2O3 powder was prepared by precipitation method using ordinary La2O3 HNO3,ammonia and PEG(6000).The change of decomposition process of the precursor La(OH)3 powders was characterized by TG-DSC.The Laser Particles Sizers was employed to determine the normal distribution of volume percentage and particle diameter of La2O3 powder.The images of the La2O3 powder was characterized by the SEM;the specific surface area and equivalent diameter of the La2O3 powder were obtained by BET method.The results s...
