摘要
日本是多种灾害的频发国。《建筑标准法》融入了诸多综合防灾理念,主要、包括:多灾种综合防灾,建筑设备综合防灾,各种结构部件综合防灾,多种规划、地域和地区综合防灾,综合防灾理念贯穿建筑各个环节等。依据组织、技术法规和技术标准、惩罚等,实施综合防灾理念。
