摘要
结合模拟退火算法中的Metropolis准则和免疫进化算法中产生优秀子代的思想,提出一种混合禁忌搜索算法,并根据指数修正的Gauss卷积模型,使用该算法解析计算机模拟谱图和实验谱图中的重叠峰,结果该算法用于解析重叠色谱峰性能稳定,精度较高。
A hybrid taboo search algorithm is presented,which combines taboo search with the Metropolis criterion of simulated annealing algorithm and the idea of producing the best offspring in immune evolutionary algorithm.According to the model of exponentially modified Gaussian,the overlapping chromatographic peaks can be resolved well in simulated and experimental chromatograms.The results show that the algorithm has stabilized performance and high precision.
