摘要
目的观察肝癌非手术治疗后的超声造影特征,探讨其临床应用价值。方法138例肝癌患者180个病灶经多种非手术方法治疗后行超声造影检查,分析其造影表现并评价其疗效。结果CEU S对残存肿瘤诊断的特异性和准确性分别为98.4%和98.9%,与增强CT及M R I相当,并在TACE治疗结果判断中具有一定的优势。结论超声造影可以作为非手术方法治疗肝癌疗效的评估方法。
