On the Significance of Increasing Personal Property Income

摘要十七大报告首提"创造条件让更多群众拥有财产性收入",引起了社会各方的关注,民众视其为全面建设小康社会过程中享有实惠的标志性起点,它的贯彻实施将有利于增加百姓的财富。本文试从个人财产性收入提出的历史沿革、增加个人财产性收入的必要性和可行性、对有效增加个人财产性收入的对策研究三方面进行探讨性研究,希望吸引社会各界更多的关注,从而使群众手里的财富和国家拥有的财富一同增长,通过民间创富动力的增长推动国家的不断进步和社会的日益和谐。 The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China initially put forward "Conditions will be created to enable more citizens to have property income",arousing the concern of the whole society.The public consider it as the landmark to start the benefits-sharing in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Its implementation will help increase people s wealth.This paper does an exploratory research on the following three aspects: 1.the historical origin of the propos...
