摘要
采用聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)、脂肪(环)族二异氰酸酯、自制交联剂HTM等为主要原料,制备了高性能透明聚氨酯弹性树脂,讨论了异氰酸酯类型、PCDL、交联剂HTM等对聚氨酯弹性树脂及涂膜性能的影响,并采用红外光谱(FTIR)对树脂的结构进行了表征。结果表明,采用IPDI做树脂的异氰酸酯组分,得到的产品相容性好、透明度高;加入质量分数为20%的PCDL,改善了树脂的透明度和耐候性;交联剂HTM的引入,进一步提高了树脂的透明度、耐磨性、力学性能以及热稳定性等性能;FTIR谱图表明该树脂为不含异氰酸酯单体、羟基封端的PTMG和PCDL共混型聚氨酯弹性树脂。
