摘要
由于传统的编码只能粗略地描述零件信息,文中提出一种新的零件编码系统,着重从生产实际出发,以工艺设计为目标,强调加工面的编码,并在传统刚性编码的基础上,借鉴国内外一些著名分类编码系统的优点,重视码位及其特征位的建立。为便于零件编码的计算机识别和存储,前几位码含有零件设计方面的信息,重心在于工艺的编码,同时采用了刚性编码和柔性编码相结合的零件编码方式,给出了零件编码后相似零件的数学定量计算算法,进一步探讨了如何将新设计的零件在规定的相似性阀值下,与数据库中的已有零件进行比较,进而快速确定新设计零件工艺的方法。
