摘要
用热型连铸技术制备了铜-铝-镍合金,对经不同热处理后的合金进行了形状记忆和超弹性试验,并分析了相关机理。结果表明:该合金的超弹性变形高达13.3%~20%,远高于传统镍钛系合金,形状记忆性能也大为增加;合金组织为柱状晶,在外力作用下晶体取向与应力方向一致,不存在与应力方向垂直的晶界,不易发生晶界断裂;在超弹性变形过程中,发生了应力诱发马氏体相变,使晶体向应力有利的方向流动而得到准单晶体,材料塑性更大。
Shape memory and supper elasticity properties of the Cu-Al-Ni alloys prepared by ohno continuous casting process were tested after different heat treatment,and the mechanisms were analyzed.The results show that the supper elasticity property of the alloy was up to 13.3%-20% which was much higher than that of the traditional nitinol,and the shape memory property was increased remarkably too.Crystal orientation of the alloy was in accordance with the stress direction because of its columnar crystals microstru...
