摘要
微格教学是教学技能训练的有效途径,在训练师范生课堂教学技能方面,微格教学一直受到国内外师范教育界人士的赞许。但在国内,微格教学实验往往受到设备不足、师生对微格教学的模糊认识、管理人员对微格教学的意义与作用宣传力度不够、微格教学实验室开放程度低,以及组织培训方法等方面的局限。文章在分析以上问题的基础上,对开发微格系统的功能和最大限度地发挥微格教学实验室的作用,提出了切实可行的具体措施,促使微格教学更好地为教学服务。
Micro-teaching is a useful method of training teaching skills.In teaching-skill training,micro-teaching has been appraised in the circle of normal education at home and abroad.
