摘要
提出了一种通过虚拟试验建立坦克关键零部件疲劳载荷谱的方法,并以坦克平衡肘为研究对象,建立了某型坦克的刚柔混合动力学模型。在制定的任务剖面下,通过虚拟试验测得了平衡肘疲劳载荷数据。通过对疲劳载荷数据的雨流计数处理并运用数理统计的方法,建立了能够反映实际使用载荷工况的目标载荷谱,为坦克平衡肘的疲劳寿命估算和加速寿命试验提供了科学数据。
This paper presents a method of building fatigue loads spectrum of tank′s key components through virtual testing.The balance elbow is taken as studying target,and the rigid-flexible coupled model of tank is built.Fatigue loads data is obtained through simulation under desired mission profile.Rainflow cycle counting is performed to preprocess the fatigue loads data and statistical methods are used to establish the target loads spectrum which reproduces realistic service loading conditions.The study provides ...
