摘要
目的探讨健脑复智方对中轻型颅脑损伤后记忆障碍患者记忆水平的恢复作用。方法62例中轻型颅脑损伤后记忆障碍气虚血瘀证的住院病人随机分为两组:治疗组和对照组。治疗组在西医常规治疗的同时予以"健脑复智方"煎服,对照组单纯西医常规治疗。观察患者症状及临床体征、GCS评分、WMS评分等。结果治疗21天后治疗组对WMS评分的改善较对照组开始出现明显差异(P<0.01);治疗时间越长,两组对WMS评分的改善差异越大;对GCS评分的改善二者没有明显差异。结论健脑复智方配合西医常规治疗较单纯西医常规治疗,能在一定程度上缩短中轻型颅脑损伤后记忆障碍患者记忆水平的恢复时间,并有助于减轻颅脑损伤后的头痛后遗症。
Objective To observe and analyse the clinical effect of Jian nao fu zhi Decoction assistant to cure dysmnesia after medium-sized and Var. mitis craniocerebral injury.
