摘要
目的建立大鼠肝、肾、胰器官簇移植模型。方法106只SPF级Wistar大鼠,按体重进行配对,供者采用腹主动脉和肠系膜上静脉灌洗,摘取肝、胰、十二指肠、右肾及与之相连的腹主动脉和下腔静脉,修整成肝、胰、十二指肠、右肾的器官簇,整块移植到切除肝、右肾的受者腹腔。结果53次手术中,36次顺利完成,平均手术时间为(4.3±0.6)h,受者大鼠术后存活时间4.1~71.0h。结论建立大鼠肝、肾、胰器官簇移植模型是可行的。
ObjectiveTo establish the liver-pancreas-kidney cluster transplantation model. MethodsAccording to the principle of the similar weight,40 SPF Wistar rats were allocated into 20 pairs. The donors were irrigated from the abdominal aorta and superior mesenteric vein. Cluster enbloc all splanchnic organs,including liver,pancreas,right kidney,duodenum were procured from the donors and tailored at the back table.
