摘要
企业作为社会的基本单位,其营销行为是否遵循相应的道德准则制约着人际关系和社会和谐发展。从"三聚氰胺"事件中,看出我国企业遵守营销道德对促进和谐社会建设的重要性。企业应该澄清营销误区,夯实营销道德体系,处理好企业与消费者、股东及社会的关系,从而促进和谐社会发展。
