摘要
为解决目前矿用本安电源上电时,因负载电容充电造成本安电源误动、可靠性差的现状,结合本安电源短路保护的整定原理和本安电源的特点,对决定本安电源性能和设计水平的核心电路(可靠性组件电路)进行研究,提出一种新型本安电源的设计方案。在该方案中采用功率监视IC做可靠性组件的核心芯片,减小取样电阻值,实现过流、过压、过功率保护,增加上电保护电路,解决了容性负载上电时对本安电源暂态冲击的影响。结果表明,该设计方案提高了本安电源的带负载能力和可靠性。
