摘要
美国焊接学会(AWS)颁布的部分焊接材料标准中,包含一类带后缀G的焊材。这类焊材的标准具有开放性特点,允许和便利焊材生产厂商发挥各自的潜力,或者根据用户需求开发新的焊材品种。这些焊材各具特色,能起到弥补基本标准焊材覆盖范围不足的作用,具有一定应用价值。国内现行焊材标准在修订过程中参照了国际标准,部分标准中也引入了这种带后缀G形式的焊材,但在认识上尚存在一定差距。介绍了美国标准中关于对带后缀G焊材的规定和说明及其对它们的理解。
In some of the specifications issued by AWS,welding materials suffixed with 'G' in their designations are included,by which the specifications get 'opened',and leave the freedom to the welding material suppliers to develop new type of the products.In general,these fillers with the suffix 'G' possess specific merits and suitable for some particular applications.Nowadays,this G-suffixed welding material form has been incorporated in some Chinese Standards,but some misunderstanding for it could still be found occasionally.Description and interpretation about this type of welding materials in the AWS's specifications was introduced and the understanding for it is presented.
