利用形状记忆合金吸能支座的高压输气管道的减振控制 被引量:1

VIBRATION CONTROL OF HIGH PRESSURE GAS PIPELINE APPLYING SMA ENERGY-ABSORBING SUPPORT

摘要 利用形状记忆合金对某高压输气管道进行减振控制。利用形状记忆合金的超弹性性能,将形状记忆合金丝与聚氨酯缓冲垫联合起来,制作阻尼吸振支座。数值模拟表明,采用该减振方法,不但使振动位移的峰值明显下降,而且振动的时间也大大缩短。 It is presented a numerical simulation of vibration control of high pressure pipeline using shape memory alloy(SMA) energy-absorbing support.To suppress the excessive vibration of the pipeline subjected to pulsation loading under working condition,a passive energy-absorbing support is designed using SMA combined with polyurethane cushion.Using a random signal as input,the control method is shown to be fairly effective in that not only the peak response is reduced by 46%,but also the vibration duration is reduced apparently.
