摘要
采用LOGIT模型在Excel上对房地产开发商的房屋销售中的各种影响因素进行分析.利用模型计算各种不同因素的影响下不同类型房子的销售概率.
This method based on random utility is usually used to solve practical problems with complicate probability distribution.This paper use the model to communicate the different element on the sell of different style of house.
