成分对α-Sialon陶瓷微观结构及力学性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of composition on the microstructures and mechanical properties of α-Sialon ceramics

摘要 根据Y-Si-Al-O-N相图进行成分设计,相图中n值取1.0,m值分别取1.0、1.3、1.6、1.8.采用热压烧结工艺制备试样,研究成分对α-Sialon陶瓷微观结构及力学性能的影响.结果表明:试样以α相为主晶相,存在着少量的β相;随着m值增大,烧结过程中试样生成的液相量增多,促进α-Sialon柱状晶粒的长径比增大,显微硬度降低,断裂韧性提高,试样的相对密度也提高. Carrying on the composition design according to the Y-Si-Al-O-N phase diagram,in the phase diagram the n value takes the 1.0,m value to take 1.0 separately,1.3,1.6,1.8.In order to explore the effect of composition on the microstructures and mechanical properties of α-Sialon ceramics,the samples have been fabricated by using hot pressure sintering.The findings indicated: The structures of samples by α phase primarily,exists few β phase;The liquid phase quantity of samples was increasing during sintering,which accelerated elongated grain's length to diameter ratio increasing,the microhardness reducing,the fracture toughness property and relative density enhancing,with the m value increasing.
