摘要
本文首先对磁场 -溶剂协同制种所得的谷氨酸晶种与工业晶种进行粒度分布测试 ,然后分别对结晶添加剂、晶温度和晶种添加量三项结晶工艺参数进行优化 ,研究结果表明在优化工艺条件下制得的晶体质量有很大提高 。
This paper firstly contrasted the granularities of industrial seeds and the seeds made by magnetic field and solvents. The best crystallization parameters were determined, which included additives, temperature and seeds quantity. It is shown that good crystallization quality were obtained and crystallization rate and purity were increased at the condition.
