摘要
笔者对一种新型的氧气敏材料──Ｐ型氧化物半导体材料ＮｉＯ进行了研究探讨，文 章叙述了ＮｉＯ对氧气的敏感机理，详细介绍了ＮｉＯ氧敏材料的制备方法，给出了用不同方法 制备出的ＮｉＯ敏感材料的性能测试结果。
A new type of oxygen-sensitired material-P type oxide nickel semiconductor material-was researched and invesfigated.In this paper,oxyen-sensitived mechanism of oxide nickel was described,At the same time,the preparation metod of oxygen-sensitired oxide nickel material was introduced in detail and the resulfs of perfcrmame tesf were given abouf oxygen-sensitired oxide nickel material prepared in differenf ways.
