摘要
目的 :调查影响PTCA实施的相关因素 ,有针对性地实施护理 ,增加适合行PTCA患者的实施率。方法 :通过自设问卷 ,对 80例经冠状动脉造影证实适合行PTCA的患者 ,进行影响实施相关因素的调查。结果 :实施PTCA患者中 ,男性多于女性 (42 / 6 0vs 8/ 2 0 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;老年患者多于中青年患者 (2 8/ 33vs 4/ 9,2 8/ 33vs 18/ 38,P <0 0 5 ) ;大学以上文化程度患者多于中小学文化程度患者 (18/ 2 0vs 2 0 / 35 ,18/ 2 0vs 12 / 2 5 ,P <0 0 1)。对影响PTCA实施的多因素分析中 ,恐惧、焦虑心理 (2 1/ 30vs 16 /5 0 ,P <0 0 0 1) ,经济因素 (18/ 30vs 10 / 5 0 ,P <0 0 0 1) ,预感术后健康受到威胁因素 (2 2 / 30vs 13/ 5 0 ,P <0 0 0 1) ,对术前宣教不理解因素 (14/30vs 7/ 5 0 ,P <0 0 0 1) ,未实施PTCA组明显高于实施PTCA组。结论 :恐惧、焦虑心理 ,医疗费用 ,预感术后健康受到威胁 。
Objective:To investigate for affecting factors of PTCA,improve its indication Method:Investigate about 80 cases suitable for PTCA determined coronary artery contract examination by self-made questionaire Result:In patients accepting PTCA,male is more than female(42/60 vs 8/20,P<0 05),the old patients are more than younger(28/33 vs 4/9,28/33 vs 18/38 P<0 05),high education more than lower middle and primary school(18/20 vs 20/35,18/20 vs 12/25,P<0 01) The affecting factors include:fear,anxiety(21/30 vs 16/50,P<0 001),ecnomic factor(18/30 vs 10/50,P<0 001) misunderstanding about health education(14/30,vs 7/50,P<0 001) Conclusion:Fear,anxiety,ecnomic factor,misunderstanding about health education and loss of confidence about health after operation can affect the enforcement of PTCA
