摘要
采用Gleebe-1500热模拟机,对Al-Fe-V-Si合金在温度350~550℃、应变速率10-4~10-2s-1、最大变形程度50%的条件下,进行高温压缩变形实验研究。在分析合金高温变形时的形变激活能和应力指数的基础上,通过非线性回归处理,得出了合金的流变应力方程,在实验范围内拟合精度较高。
The high temperature compressive deformation experiments of Al-Fe-V-Sialloys were doneat high temperature (350-550℃)、strain-rate (10-4-10-2S-1) andmaximum strain (50%) on Gleebe-1500 hot simulator. The deformation activation energy and sterss exponent were analyzed. at last, the flowstress equation was acquired by the means of nonlinear fit. we find the equation is accuracy enough in the range of the experiments.
