摘要
                
                    对沙田柚茎尖嫁接苗的离体培养进行了研究,结果表明:顶芽在Ms十0.5mg/L6-BA上生长较好,成活率为100%,单个外植体平均不定芽数为2.2,但不定芽生长极慢,成苗困难。加入0.2-0.5 mg/LIBA,顶芽生长加快,但单个外植体平均不定芽数下降。带有1 cm长积壳砧木的茎尖在MS十0.5mg/L6-BA上可以形成丛芽,单个外植体平均不定芽数为4.5,而且不定芽生长迅速。虽然我们未能诱导外植体不定根发生,但通过试管嫁接可以获得完整植株。
                
                The culture of shoot-tip grafting plantlets of Shatian pomelo had been studied in vita. The results showed the shoot-tips growed better in MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L, the survival percentage got100%, and the average adventitious shoots per explant were 2.2, but the average adventitious shoots growed slowly, they were very difficult to form full plantlets. The shoot-tips growed rapidly if we added  0.2 .5 mg/ IBA into MS + 6 BA 0.5 mg/L, but the average adventitious shoots per explant decreased. The shoot tips of Shatian pommelo with 1 cm stock of citrange could form the clump-shoots, their survival percentage also got 100%, the average adventitious shoots per explant were 4.5, and the average adventitious shoots cauld grow rapidly. We could acquire the full plantlets via the  tube-grafting although we didn?t induce the generation of adventitious mats.
