摘要
冠醚类化合物的选择性络合特点,所以引起科学工作者的浓厚兴趣,许多不同结构的冠醚被合成,并对它们的化学性质、用途、谱学特性进行了广泛研究[1].其中不饱和冠醚由于双键的存在具有特殊的化学性质,二苯乙烯基型是其中的1种.其合成已有报道[2].作者采用相转移催化反应合成了两个含芳基和对甲苯磺酰基的不饱和脂环氮杂冠醚,利用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱测定了它们的结构.特别对它们的电子电离质谱(EI-MS)做了深入研究.通过高分辩质谱、碰撞诱导裂解(CID)、质量分析离子动能谱(MIKES)确定了离子结构,找出了离子裂解的途径及规律,比较了两个化合物的质谱裂解特点.……
In this paper, two unsaturated alicyclic nitrogen heterocyclic crownethers were synthesized by phase transfer reaction .The structure was identified by means of IR, NMR and MS. Especially, their mass spectra were discussed in detail by using the high resolution mass spectrametry, collision induced dissociation(CID) and Mass Analysed Ion Kinetic Energy Spectroscopy(MIKES). The possible fragmentation pathway was presented. The results revealed that there were some differences between the mass spectrometric behavior of these two compounds because of the effect of the size of ring and different substituted group attached to ring such as toluenesulfonyl, furyl and phenyl.
