摘要
对在同一个压铸件上造成质量差异的原因进行了探讨分析。指出:这是由于存在填充过程的两个区域,即主干 型腔和非主干型腔,这二个区域填充质量是不一样的,只有顺应这个规律,搞好压铸型设计,特别是浇注系统的设计,才是 提高压铸产品质量的根本途径。
This dissertation is to provide some discussion and analysis about the reason of quality difference on the same die casting. It indicated: It is two areas in existence on the process of filling mold on the same die casting. namely, primary trunk die cavity and non-primary trunk die cavity.
