摘要
福建省在进行数字福建项目建设过程中,各厅局之间迫切需要相互之间的信息共享,特别是大比例尺空间基础信息和公共基础信息,在福建省省直机关宽带网的基础上建立综合的政务信息共享平台将在各部门建立分布式的网络分中心,并对各部门现有的数据库进行规范化、网络化和空间化改造,建立省直机关内部的政务信息共享体系。本文详细介绍了系统的建设目标,系统总体结构设计、功能设计、网络设计及需要开发的关键技术。
During the construction of Digital Fujian, government department need the information sharing between each other, particularly about large-scale basic spatial information and public information. Based on the wide band of Fujian government, the government information sharing platform will build government department information sharing system. This paper talks about the construction objective, function and key technology of this system.
