摘要
从活性污泥中分离筛选到一株产絮凝剂的细菌A2 5 ,鉴定为巨大芽孢杆菌 (Bacillusmegaterium) .A2 5产生絮凝剂与菌体生长同步 ,均在 10h达到最高值 .用乙醇沉淀及SephacylS - 5 0 0分子筛层析得到纯化的絮凝剂BP2 5 .通过Bradford反应、琼脂糖凝胶电泳及硫酸 -酚法测定糖 ,证明BP2 5是一类多糖类物质 .其分子量为 10 6道尔顿 .薄层层析的结果表明BP2 5含有葡萄糖和甘露糖两种单糖 ,高效液相色谱分析其摩尔比为 4∶1.实验证明 ,BP2
