摘要
目的 探讨研究抗精神病药对心脏的安全性。方法 对服用单一抗精神病药治疗的精神分裂症病人检测心电图(ECG),观察比较其QTc间期。结果 服奥氮平患者QTc间期延长的百分比显著低于服其他典型与非典型抗精神病药患者。结论 在治疗精神分裂症及相关疾病时,只有奥氮平最少可能出现导致恶性心律异常的QTc间期延长。
Objectives: To investigate the cardiological safety of antipsychotics. Methods: To observe the ECG records of the schizophrenic patients who take only one kind of antipsychotics, and measure QTc. Results: The percents of patients whose QTc exceeded the normal limit were calculated, and that of olanzapine was the least one, only 3% (1/33). Conclusion: Olanzapine is the one which would not induce abnormal QTc elongation.
