摘要
土壤重金属污染的植物修复技术与传统修复技术相比具有更高的经济效益和环境效益 ,但也存在一些不足 ,如植物的生物量小 ,生长速度缓慢等。近年来 ,国外许多学者将转基因技术应用到植物修复中 ,取得了一定的成效 ,为植物修复的普遍推广提供了更大的可能性。重点介绍了转基因技术在土壤重金属污染植物修复中的研究现状。
Compared with traditional technology for recovery of soils polluted by heavy metals, phytoremediation technology has better economic and environmental benefit, but it has some deficiencies such as low biomass and low growth rate of plants. Recently,transgenic engineering has been applied to phytoremediation and made some results, which opens up new possibilities for phytoremediation of contaminated soil by heavy metals. This paper importantly describes the achivements , the questions needed solving, the good applying prospects of transgenic engineering in phytoremediation, etc.
