摘要
西北地区历史悠久 ,旅游资源丰富 ,具有明显的区域特色。目前西部大开发又为西北旅游资源开发提供了良好的发展机遇 ,西北地区已初步建成了旅游资源开发的基础设施建设和服务体系 ,其前景十分广阔。但开发西北旅游资源仍存在着制度、管理、结构、投资和人力资源等障碍因素 ,开发西北旅游资源应按市场原则配置。
The Northwest of China has a long history, abundant tourism resources and particular location. Based on the large Scale Deveopment of the Northwest and analysis of conditions of resources, policies, markets and infrastructure of the tourism in the Northwest in China, the paper points out the obstructive factors in institutions, management, structure, investment and labor resources,and puts forward that industrialization and corresponding measures must be adopted to realize rational allocation of tourism resources in the Northwest.
