摘要
资产证券化是近30年来国际金融领域最重要的金融创新之一。尽快引入这一创新工具,对于深化我国经济金融体制的改革,促进资本市场的发展等,无疑都有着十分重要的现实意义。本文从我国实行资产证券化启动资产、资产证券化的运行模式、证券化品种的选择等方面进行了探讨。
Asset Securities is one of the creations in International Financial field in the recent 30 years. Today when facing with the strict challenge from entering WTO, it is undowbtedly very important to introduce the creative tool in order to furtherly reform the financial system and the development of asset market. This article studies and researches on the starting funds needed by China asset Sceurity, developing models, choices of sorts of asset securities.
