摘要
对医院医疗价值链从组成和管理进行了探讨。强调价值链是由医院医疗服务的各个环节组成 。
The author discussed the composing and management of the medical value chain, emphasized that the value chain is composed by the each link of the medical service, put forward the viewpoint that the hospital should pay attention to management of the medical value chain.
