摘要
通过对传统PCB设计与基于信号完整性分析方法的高速数字PCB设计的对比,介绍了一种基于信号完整性分析的高速数字信号PCB设计方法。在该设计方法中,首先对所有的高速数字信号建立起PCB板级的信号传输模型;然后通过对相应的信号传输模型进行完整性计算与分析来寻求能满足设计要求的布线规则;最后在相应布线规则的基础上来完成高速PCB板的设计和校验。实践表明,该设计方法可有效提高产品的设计性能,大幅缩短产品开发周期和降低开发成本,具有较好的实用价值。
Through comparison of the traditional PCB design with the design based on SI analysis,a new design method of high speed PCB based on SI analysis is introduced in this paper.By this method,first,a signal transmission model for all high speed digital signal in the PCB board-staged is built.Then,the circuits layout rule is found through computing and analyzing signal integrity of the corresponding signal transmission model.At last,the design and verification of high speed PCB are completed with the help of the...
