摘要
目的比较和探讨心理护理结合音乐疗法与单纯心理护理对ICU患者焦虑状态的影响。方法选出50例ICU患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规心理护理,观察组采用心理护理结合音乐疗法,用SAS分别在干预前后对这2组患者进行评分,比较2组患者在干预前后的心理状态。结果患者入住ICU后均有不同程度的焦虑发生,通过对对照组实施常规心理护理,观察组实施心理护理结合音乐疗法后,观察组SAS评分明显低于对照组分值,P<0.01,有统计学意义。结论心理护理结合音乐疗法可以有效地改善ICU患者的焦虑状态。
