摘要
主要分析了由于平整机吹扫效果不佳造成带钢表面乳化液残留多的原因,系统研究了単机架平整机吹扫系统结构,并通过改造上防缠导板气缝、下防缠导板边部吹扫,调整平整液的喷射角度,优化吹扫系统的开启关闭程序,实现了吹扫系统稳定高效运行,使冷轧带钢表面质量得到大幅度的提高。此类问题的解决,为国内同行带钢表面粘性流体吹扫系统的技术改造及维护运行有较好的借鉴价值。
In this paper,the effects of temper airblow on strip surface emulsion residual are analyzed,the structure of blow system on single shelf temper is studied.By means of upper gobble guard slot reconstruction,lower gobble guard edge airblow,oil spray direction adjustment,and optimizing of open and close procedure in airblow system,the stable and efficient operation of airblow system can be achieved,and the cold-rolled strip surface quality be significantly improved.The solution of such problems has made refere...
