摘要
在不断深化金融市场改革、加快培育和发展我国企业债券市场的背景下,本文通过分析我国可转换债券市场的发展现状和市场特征,对可转换债券市场的缺陷进行了探讨,并提出相应的对策建议,以进一步完善和发展我国可转换债券市场。
Under the background of Deepening the money market reform unceasingly and developing Chinese Enterprise bond market fastly,this article analyzes the present situation and the characteristic of Chinese convertible bond market,and Carries on the discussion to its Insufficient,then presents some suggestions to further the consummation and development of Chinese convertible bond market.
