摘要
目的:建立尼扎替丁注射液中细菌内毒素的检查方法。方法:用不同厂家的鲎试剂对尼扎替丁注射液分别进行干扰实验。结果:尼扎替丁注射液与鲎试剂反应无干扰。结论:用细菌内毒素法检查尼扎替丁注射液中的细菌内毒素是可行的。
Objective:To establish a method of bacterial test to Nizatidine injection and substitute for the pyrogen test.Methods:Tachypleus Amebocyte lysate(TAL) made by different factories was used in the inhibition or enhancement tests.Results:Nizatidine injection could be directly test by TAL.Conclusion:The bacterial endotoxin test is suitable for the detection of endotoxin in Nizatidine injection.
