摘要
该文分析了目前影响我校师资队伍建设中存在的主客观因素,提出了我校的师资队伍建设应制定有特色的引进 优秀人才的政策和措施;深化教师队伍管理改革,优化教师队伍建设环境;加大学科梯队和骨干教师队伍建设力度,优化教 师队伍结构;加强师资培训,努力提高教师的全面素质等改革措施。
This article studies the subjective and objective factors that are influencing the construction of our college staff at the present time. For the construction of the teaching staff, the paper suggests some unique measures and policies to attract excellent personnel, to deepen the staff management reform. to optimize the teaching staff construction environment, to increase subject and skeleton staff construction.
