摘要
本文介绍了一种基于嵌入式微机的 X荧光仪工作原理与硬件结构。该仪器可在野外现场进行多元素快速、无损分析。
The paper introduces both principle and hardware structure of portable X ray fluorescence analyzer based on PC/104 embedded computer. The analyzer can help us to analysis species and contents nondestructively in site. Accuracy and the detecting limit of the analyzer can meet the demands in field.
