采矿工作面推进的准动态FLAC数值模拟 被引量:6

A Pseudo-dynamic FLAC Numerical Simulation of Working Face Moving Forwards in Mining Process

摘要 采用FLAC3D软件进行了防水煤柱留设条件下采矿工作面推进不同时刻的静态模拟,按推进顺序在时间域上的编排即构成了推进全过程的准动态模拟,可视化的结果为采矿影响评估、工作面布置和煤柱留设等采矿决策提供了依据,模拟结果表明,应力集中系数均随推进距离增加而增加,推进距离超过一定数值后,应力集中系数趋于常数;防水煤柱对顶底板位移影响极大,煤柱留设少,底板位移大,较大的煤柱尺寸,对应较小的顶底板破坏深度和较小的应力集中系数。 Static simulations at different time of working face with water barrier pillars are carried out with FLAC3D , pseudo-dynamic simulation for excavation process of moving forwards are made up of static simulations being arranged according to rank of moving forwards in time field. Mining decision-makings, such as evaluation of mining effect, working face plan and water barrier pillars design, are made based on those visual results. The simulation results show that stress concentrating coefficients increase with the increasement of distance of moving forwards of working face; when distances of moving forwards are over some values, the coefficients are nearly constant; water barrier pillars have large influence on displacement of roof or floor, when they are smaller, displacement is larger, when they are bigger, failure depths of roof or floor and stress concentrating coefficients are accordingly smaller.
